Seems great so far
Just got it, it works as it shows but I had no experience with theses hand exercisers before so I didn’t know the actual feeling of how much resistance it has. Luckily it was around my range. My only complaint is I don’t like the colored, I wish it was more mhm purple like the Manuel picture, cuz bland blue is pretty dull. Thats my only complaint thus far.

Arthritis paired with golf injury
I hurt my hand hitting balls on a mat before a golf round. I now know this is a course that has terrible mats.My hand hurt in the area below my thumb in palm and when I shook hands it was the worst. I've been using this, and everything is literally perfect now. I'm going to start using weights as my hand is stronger now then maybe before?

It's ok.
Needs a string attachment for the wrist. Orange color easy to find with all the outher junk you have in the draw. Make it for elderly, to make more repetitshions.

Helpful and Enjoyable
I actually am enjoying this product a lot, and it’s mainly about finding the right weight tension that suits you. It’s already helping me do better in my gaming and I’m sure with my piano playing, thanks!

Increases strength
Love this hand gripper. I was having trouble with pushing the jar onto my blender and using this every morning has eliminated the problem. It took about 2 weeks to increase my hand strength. I do 10 reps with each hand daily.

VIA super-light hand exerciser
I was in a car accident in September and suffered major injury to my left hand from the air bag , including fractures, sprains, tendon, ligament and nerve damage of the two middle fingers. I play the cello and the injuries have prevented me from playing since the accident -- not good! I have been trying to get my range of motion back through physical therapy, and I am very happy with this hand exerciser to start regaining some strength. The resistance is extremely light, which is all my injured fingers can handle at this point. But unlike other hand exercisers, the keys on this device are designed something like the buttons on a trumpet, which requires me to round my fingers and push down with my finger tips. Other exercisers seem to require a flatter finger position, with the pushing done by the bottom of the fingers. Anyway, I recommend this product highly for those at the beginning of the process of regaining finger strength. I also purchased the light green VIA finger exerciser (the next step up in resistance), and I hope to graduate soon to even higher levels of resistance. Fortunately, VIA seems to produce a range of exercisers for each new level I attain.

Easy access for elder fingers
I like the alignment of fingers on keys as I've tried the Therapy and Pro models and the Via works best for me . The Via finger alignment allows me to strengthen my Pistol grip and trigger squeeze. I started with Via yellow (4lbs.) and now use Via blue (6lbs.)

Works well
Great finger exerciser , I have been playing guitar for ten years , this is a solid exerciser for strengthening your fingers ,especially your ring finger and pinky . Would definitely recommend

They slip
I find them difficult to use. I guess it's because I don't have a lot of strength in my fingers. When I try to use the tips of my fingers, they slip.

Bought for climbing purposes
I purchased this item to strengthen my hands and grip for climbing. It is a lower tension (medium) than I initially thought I needed but the product described how doing more repetitions of a lower tension is the best to strengthen overall and I believe this to be true. Comfortable and easy to use.

Repetition at lesser resistances
Sturdy piece of equipment and light weight to use while watching TV. I was choosing between the pink (4lbs per finger) and the purple (6lbs per finger) and ended up picking the lighter weight one. It actually worked out better having the 4lbs per finger one as the pamphlet included with the equipment actually indicates that it's better to do more repetitions at lesser resistances.
