I like the warmth. It does penetrate into your body. Just not sure it is doing much for my knee that has been problematic for a few months.

Love the timer function even though it only goes to 15 minutes, felt all the way into my muscles, helping release the tension, great heating pad and a good size!

Update at bottom.......I like that it heats up fast, the size covers my entire back and heeling properties from the hot stones. It's much better than any regular heating pad. The plug could be in a better position other than that I love it. UPDATED 2/12/22 Loved it until I plugged it in yesterday morning and it didn't heat up and it worked fine the day before. I broke my neck and back I use a heating pad most mornings to loosen my muscles and joints so I can move. It didn't get used everyday mainly since it got cold. Only had it for almost 8 months disappointed I have to spend more money on another heating pad and most likely won't get my money back for this. NOT HAPPY

This pad did wonders for easing my back pain caused by twisting the wrong way. What a relief !!!!Now alway in my ready to use back repair kit . :)

At first I thought it was wonderful, did a really good job. However, by the 6month mark, the timer keeps returning to zero and won’t heat up. At this point, my money was wasted because I can’t return it.

Read lots of other reviews about not working after a while but thought I would give it a shot. Mistake! Stoped working the 2nd time I went to use it. I returned for a refund.
