How easy is this to install?

Remove the the back tire and undo two hex heads in the light housing and install the new one. About 10 min total install time

This light has a plug in on the back for a wire harness to be plugged in. Does this connecting wire harness come with the light?

No. One would simply disconnect the connector/harness connected to the factory third brake light and plug it into this LED third brake light. No additional wiring harness is needed. Hope this helps.

What size screws/bolts does this take? The Jeep was used and the factory screws are not on it.
