It was easy to fit and picks up the wifi very well and the reception is good

I don't often leave reviews, but I was so incensed by this item that I had to leave a review. I tested it thoroughly, swapping out the supplied aerials on a TP-link router and retesting at least n=3 on three separate occasions. It consistently made the signal worse. It feels so light, that I wonder if there's anything inside it. Unfortunately I could only test it in situ (at a caravan site) after the 30 day return period had elapsed. I have left the seller feedback but I am not hopeful of a reply or a replacement.

No better than the signal on the router. If I was inside the window for returns I would have sent it back...Maybe the internal antennas in my huawei router are actually pretty good and there is just no mobile signal. I got this antenna as the coverage was patchy... It didnt make it any better, or worse... Maybe would be fine if they were mounted very high up on a pole...

I live in a suburban area where I have landlord issues getting broadband. I have a TP-Link Deco X50-4G for my internet. I was getting about 15Mbps on a speed test. I knew this was bad so I added this antenna. I only have it mounted on the side of my house at the top of a doorframe. It is not high up on a post. I now get about 50Mbps. That is a huge improvement. The Deco X50-4G was positioned in the same location of my home before I added the antenna, with the slower speed, so this jump is only from adding the antenna.

The signal improve but it is the same thing if you put ideally your router outside. Of corse it is a better and cheap solution than put the antenna of you router outside (the cost of two antenna extension cables are the same). So in a few words it doesn’t work miracles. You need to test various position same area or window are worst, usually the roof is the best.

Absolutely rubbish. It does not improve your signal in fact it doesn't seem to get a signal at all. I spent several hours trying to get any signal and could not no matter where or how high I put it so went back to the standard ones fitted to my router.

I bought this antenna to use at 868MHz and for general use from 700 to 2700MHz.I tested the antenna using a Vector Network Analyser. The impedance match appeared to be excellent across the range I am able to measure from 0 to 1500MHz. I became suspicious however when the antenna exhibited poor signal strength on receive compared to a test dipole antenna and did not respond to conductive objects placed near to it. I suspected that the supplied coax cable was the culprit so I cut this off and replaced it with a much shorter length. I was correct. The supplied 5m long cables (which are simply connected in parallel inside the antenna) exhibit 6dB loss at 700MHz and 10dB loss at 1000MHz. This is unacceptably high and accounts for the good impedance match but lack of sensitivity of the antenna. Conclusion: only buy this antenna if you are happy to replace the coax cable with one of decent quality, thus voiding the warranty.

Fitted to the roof on our campervan.It's hard to assess just how much gain it delivers without pro rf kit, but I connected it and it works. It's connected to a 4g hotspot, on the same network as my Samsung S8, and it does improve reception.I fold it down horizontal when driving, and it seems to work as well like that?Testing cellular reception is very subjective, a lot of factors play their part, but so far, I've not had zero signal,even in Cornwall, which has only just got mains electricity. 😉😅

Amazon zegt dat het artikel verzonden is maar zegt dat het pakket niet te kunnen traceren, kortom de levering binnen 2 dagen heeft na 7 dagen nog niet plaats gevonden. Reclameren of annuleren kan pas na de week extra leveringstijd die Amazon in eens heeft toegevoegd. Mijn positieve ervaringen tot nu toe met Amazon zijn net als het pakket geheel verdwenen. (ben benieuwd of een negatieve reactie ook gepost wordt) Het bestelde product / antenne kan ik dus niet beoordelen.

Nicht nachvollziehbar: Es liegt leider nur ein SMA zu TS9 Anschlusskabel bei. WARUM???? Bei 2 Anschlüssen benötigt man 2 SMA zu TS 9 Adapter. Diese musste ich für 10 Euro zusätzlich bestellen.PS: Die Artikelbeschreibung und Abbildung ist korrekt!

Ho testato quest'antenna all'interno di casa per evitare di portare tutti i cavi all'esterno. Purtroppo la ricezione peggiorava rispetto alle antenne interne del modem. Ho fatto varie prove in tutte le posizioni della casa ed angolando l'antenna con vari puntamenti, ma nulla, il segnale tendeva sempre e comunque a peggiorare. Inoltre il materiale di cui è fatta è completamente plastica e pesa pochissimo, forse sinonimo anche di poca qualità. I cavi (2) sono lunghi circa 5m l'uno con attacco SMA maschio che devono essere collegati alle prese del modem (anche questi non mi sono sembrati particolarmente buoni). L'antenna può essere montata a parete in quanto ha una piccola piastra di fissaggio. Essendo omnidirezionale pensavo fosse più facile trovare la posizione giusta, mi sbagliavo. Restituita, Amazon perfetta come sempre.

Bonjour,J'ai voulu avoir le coeur net sur l'apport de performance d'une antenne omnidirectionnelle à 36 euros par rapport à une antenne plate directionnelle (carré) à 20 euros.Et bien finalement, mon antenne à 20 euros directionnelle fait aussi bien voir mieux.Dans mon cas j'ai la chance d'avoir un accès facile au toit et l'emplacement domine toutes les autres maisons, de plus l'antenne relais est facilement repérable car sur une colline et donc il n'y à plus qu'à pointer dans la direction.Cette antenne OMNIDIRECTIONNELLE est néanmoins pratique pour qui ne sait pas ou se trouve l'antenne 4G relais et celui qui ne veut pas s'embêter à faire le bon pointage.Matériel de qualité fourni avec tout le nécessaire : mât obligatoire !

Entweder ist die Antenne kaputt oder es ist wirklich eine schlechte Qualität! Die Antenne ist vollkommen funktionslos! Die Antennen (Fühler) der FritzBox haben einen viel bessern Empfang!
