Plug and play and comes whit a gasket?

Yes. 2010 has three bulbs, this uses one white bulb recepatcle and one brake light bulb receptacle. The installation has a foam weather stripping type gasket pre installed.

Where can I find the trim cover for this light ?

There is no trim cover and it fit perfectly.

All the lights come on when start truck. brake lights work. the reverse lights do not work when the truck is put in reverse. how do i fix this issue.

You mean lights on the third brake light doesn't work in reverse? Did they work with the old break light? Check your plugs, check fuses.

does the cargo light still work like factory? (turns on when doors open or unlock doors w/ remote)

No. The white light stays on all the time. Had to disconnect.
