المنتج عبارة عن مادة حساسة تحتاجة الى عنايه ودرجة حرارة معينه وصلني المنتج وبعد ساعه من وصوله وهو مغلف وجدته مازال مرتفع الحراره اذاً قبل ساعه كيف كان ولا استطيع استخدامه لانه مادة حساسه وتعرض لدرجة حرارة عاليه وممكن يسبب تسمم
