Great for your Hands
Trying this before CTS surgery. Watched video on u tube about it. The Yellow gives a little resistance. I like how the seller shows the resistance of each color !!! It's also like $7 bucks so you can't lose. Also, When you put it back into its container after use, it goes back into its original shape. You can also purchase the multi pack with all the levels as your hand muscle increases over time, but I just got the yellow to start. Great therapy tool.

Works great!
My physical therapy includes this strength putty and it works great for building strength in your hands. Note: There's different colors for different strengths used for each persons individual needs.

Putty for rehab
It is the appropriate firmness, but a little greasy. It does the job though. The putty I use at PT is not greasy.
