I use this tripod to film my son's soccer games. The tripod is high quality and very sturdy. I typically hang a heavy bag under the middle of the tripod using the hook (in case it gets hit during the games or for really windy days). I use an extension in addition to the tripod at it's maximum length to get a better vantage point of the games. Easy to set up and take down.
