It says on the SDS sheet "Orange Sweet, ext. CAS#8028-48-6 100% by weight

Can this be used to thin oil-based paints & finishes?

I don't know but I'd use linseed oil or mineral...…….way cheaper.

It is 98% pure oil from the peels of citrus fruit. It can be diluted with water and is great for cleaning many surfaces.

Is this product clear or does it have any coloring at all?

This product is clear. Sometimes it could have a slight yellow color but most of the time it is clear. What we have in stock as of now is clear.

Dad fixes stuff.

I had to remove some 1950s tile. Back then the used a tar like adhesive I got the tile all off but nothing I tried would remove that adhesive, I researched online, someone suggested D-limonene. I first ordered a quart to try. I poured a some on the floor the adhesive started to dissolve instantly a little brushing wipe up with rags. This stuff is amazing so ordered a gallon to finish the job. The citrus smell and non toxic was a plus.
