I use it very often, and it has been very helpful for my two-year-old daughter during the cold season, when flu and colds start coming around. The flavor helps improve the taste. The consistency makes it easy to swallow. I take it 3-4 times per week. Drinking juice or milk right after swallowing helps remove cod flavor aftertaste.
