Worked really well.
All of a sudden I was inundated with these little moths. Didn't know what they were at first. I found what I thought was the source in the pantry in some cereal. That was a source, but not the one that would manifest itself as a "plague".In the laundry room there would be what looked like little cocoons on the clothes that were folded in the laundry basket. Then came the little larva climbing up the walls. I couldn't figure where they were coming from. It was awful and a mystery that was causing me great anxiety. Finally I found The Source....a plastic container of dry dog food with a "sealed" cover that I had set aside for emergencies. It was so gross when I finally figured it out.Anyway I set out these little traps and they really work. I was amazed. So thankful to have these. I set them inside the pantries, in the various rooms. Every now and then I see one or two and then I don't because they are so effectively drawn to these traps.I make sure I have a good supply... just in case.

These work a charm!! Dying male moths EVERYWHERE!! Get a LOT for the price & work very well!!!
I LOVE THESE TRAPS!!! I have been fighting these pests for the last 2 weeks. We had an epidemic of Salmonella in our local birds and had to stop feeding the birds for months. I couldn't use up the 75 lbs of bird seed in the month I usually would and ... Moths... Everything I have in my house is already in moth proof containers but that doesn't stop the eggs they already laid after the bird seed from hatching.. disgusting larvae & moths everywhere. I have pulled everything out of the cabinets & taken apart my kitchen island trying to get rid of them. I put out 12 of the traps & they filled up almost immediately & I replaced them again while I was cleaning over the weekend. I knew I had a winner when I peeled the plastic off the 1st one & was surrounded by moths... gross but impressive. Now I am getting a few a day in each trap and they work great. I still go around & kill any of the random female moths that are still hatching & fluttering around looking for the glued-to-the-trap males.By the way, I ordered a very expensive leather fly swatter (well it is expensive for a flyswatter, at least) that just ROCKS at killing them in mid-air. Other flyswatters were too light; they slightly stun the moths or missed them completely. BUT the leather ones will make it possible to get 'em mid-flight so no powdery moth smudges on the wall. They pack a punch & demolish them as they fly.. and on the walls or ceilings too of course. The one I got was red leather made by Amish Valley Products on Amazon. Highly recommend that too!

Traps moth well
It definitely does the job quite well. It has few downsides though. In the past I used to buy the different manufacturer’s item which unfortunately is not available anymore, and I compare this one to that old type: (1) this one seems little weaker, (2) when opening the pouch the item itself can rip easily, so the cardboard is not as strong as the old one had, (3) per instruction of the old one it is a good idea to place it in the freezer for 15-30min before opening so guarding cover sheet peels off easily when installing, this one does not mention this trick. I by default went ahead and placed it in the freezer before opening. I might be wrong, possibly the guarding cover sheet peels off easily, which if it does tells me that the trapping material is not sticky enough and it might be drying quicker than the old one’s, which may explain why this one seems weaker.Overall it does the job quite well.

This WORKS!!!
I don’t usually take time to write reviews but this trap works amazingly well! After one day sitting near my bird food storage cans, where I have a major moth infestation, this trap is nearly covered in trapped pantry moths. The price of these traps is what made me decide to buy and now I am super glad I did! They are easy to use and it’s nice not having to mess with a separate pheromone bait; it’s already part of the sticky goo in the trap! If you have moths, this is a good way to start knocking them out! Of course you have to find the source that is allowing them to multiply and clean and disinfect the space and eliminate all the larvae but this trap starts the process!

Work Well
Product works as intended. Took months to get rid of the pantry moths. Finally the exterminator said to get rid of the traps. The pheromones are so powerful, the traps were attracting moths from outside!. We left one trap in the kitchen which attracted 4 moths and then there were none. I guess the moral of the story is to use for a short period and then get rid of the traps.

"Pheromone" missing or ineffective.
Product comes with photo and says "if you have any other moths than this, return product..." implying the pheromone may not work and you've made a mistake. They just don't work. I put out Lehman's pantry moth traps with the little pheromone discs (which are packaged separately) & they are effective. I don't think there's any pheromone with these Maxguard little sticky pads. It's a bad product and catches absolutely nothing.Updated one month later: The trap has caught moths, but not as many as the traps I purchased from Lehman's. Changing my review to 3-stars rather than 1.

It works better than mothballs less intense odors
Folks, I normally do not critique products; however, this product deserves recognition. It works very well, it does not require your attention after you install it whereever you want (in your closet, under sink, basement, attic, etc. Just place it high enough and the moths will somehow find their way into the trap. Small to large moths, boy, I hated the smelly toilet kind of mothballs that are not healthy for us. However, these traps do not emit odors (that we can perceive) but attracts them and because it is sticky they get trapped!!! For the money … you end up saving a lot more and less messy odors or stains.
