Junk.
It is a copy of Concept2. Shame on everyone who is selling original rower for a double price. Since you cannot buy Concept2 without montes of waiting you stop here. From technical/mechanical machine looks good, solid and durable. I cannot compare it with Concept2 mechanically, but it has chain and feels really well. What actually terrible is a monitor. It is totally junk. First, the most important metrics are missed, like time per split, pace, etc. Secondary, steps per minute and power displayed at the same field on the screen and rotating each 5 seconds, that make it impossible to use any of this metric correctly. Yes, you can connect your phone, but! First the original app is crap, second, it malfunctioned. It cannot calculate power correctly, since the numbers that I can see is near 20W even if row very hard. Also it cannot count distance correctly, 6-7 minutes per split of hard rowing - it is insane.Awful support, already contacted twice, no outcome. So, if you see this machine for price near $900 or more, don’t buy it, wait for original Concept2. If you see near $600 and you are professional rower and can row without metrics - will be good investment. So, please fix metrics and I will be happy.

Replaced my entire home gym....
The media could not be loaded. This machine is premium quality. Just amazing. I haven't used rowing machines much in the past, so I was a little skeptical I'd be able to get a good workout but I was wrong. Your intensity and duration determine what kind of workout you will get, it just depends on your goals at that point in time. This isn't the best workout for individual muscle groups, but it is the best TOTAL body workout I can possibly imagine. Low impact, full body muscle toning, and improved cardiovascular endurance make this the best piece of fitness equipment I've ever owned. A plus is the useful monitor and integration with many third-party applications. If you're on the fence, I'd say just bite the bullet and get it. You won't regret it.

smooth, solid "classic" erg with a lackluster computer
Arrives in one box with just a handful of parts to assemble, Very solid feel and smooth row. Seems to be a very close immitation of the Concept2 design. Overall, very happy with it, especially as you can't currently easily get a concept2 as they apparently have a long wait list on orders due to the pandemic.Couple things to note, though - my unit may have been previously assembled if not used - it came with the screws referenced in the instructions and pre-inserted screws. And one of the rubber feet was loose in the box. No noticable wear and tear though other than the rubber foot. The onboard 'computer' is not very impressive and definitely not intuitive. I was not surprised by this as other reviews said as much. I was surprised though that the mentioned iOS app can no longer be found by scanning the bar code on the device and in the manual - the website it takes you to says 'no longer available', if you translate it. But I was able to find a working bluetooth app for it - "Fitshow". It detects a Chineese device but works. Also, interestingly, in addition to being a very close (besides the computer and the frame branding sticker) immitation of the Concept2 rower, it also seems to be nearly identical to this other product: https://smile.amazon.com/Foldable-Resistance-Bluetooth-Connectivity-Workouts/dp/B08C5DW3GW/Summary: I was looking for something like the solid, smooth, "classic" fly-wheel, air resistance rower I used in college that I could get prime-shipped quick and this fit the bill. It seems like it may be rebranded and sold under different names

Awesome amazing quality rower bad computer and display
Pretty great machine - well built gym quality Reminds me a lot of concept 2 except for the display - I think my only issue is the lack of software available for the computer. The Bluetooth only works with manufacturers app and that one leaves a lot to be desired. I like the target calorie feature though but also the display is pretty bad if you could shut off the annoying blue back light that would be great - it’s hard to read. Otherwise great product and you don’t really need a computer; your brain is one, and it can do the math on calories pretty easy. 500 per day baby!

ok
Not enough information in the instruction booklet. I don't know if everything even works. I find there is not enough resistance personally for me, I do not feel like I get a work out, just a good stretch. The control panel is to small to read when the seat is at the full extension, very cheap and graphics is bad. I bought this item to support my weight, but I do not find it worthy of the price.

Not made in Vermont, China labels on it.
Arrived a bit beat up, plastic cover cracked, handle clip did not close, batteries smashed. Contacted seller but no useful info giving to me. Contacted amazon and it is being returned as I type this. Seemed like it might have been a decent if seller had helped me. Also as stated in other reviews the monitor and functions are quite disappointing and the resistance levels are for show only.

Best $1000 I've ever spent ...
The best investment in fitness I have ever made - better than gym memberships, treadmill, or Peloton bike...
