This is excellent bakeware at a reasonable price point. I am happy with the results of baking using these pans. Read the directions for intended use and all will be well.I did a deep dive recently into what foods are best cooked in what bakeware i.e. use of glass, dark metal, light metal, non stick, etc. These are "cake pans," not intended for broiling, high heat, acid foods, etc. Used as intended, they are excellent.This time around, with my new purchase of two of these cake pans I will be paying more careful attention to their directions of NOT using cooking spray on these pans.

Large, non-stick surface that really is non-stick. Food cooks evenly and slides out smoothly. It is a great cookware staple that makes meal prep and clean up easier.

I really like this pan. The lid is a necessity when transporting a cake and this lid stays on tight. It is a little hard to remove but I found if you grab it on the long side near the corner it comes off pretty easily. It bakes well and the nonstick surface keeps the cake from sticking.

Excellent pan but then it's Farberware. Exactly what I expected with all the previous pans I have of theirs. Always worth the money,

This pan has overall been great!! It did get scratched pretty easily inside, and the lid is very hard to get off!!! That really is the only downfall! I struggle with my hands already so it was disheartening but at least you know the lid is on really really good!! I have to struggle to peel the lid up from the side and try not to smash my fingers under it.

This pan was exactly what I expected and is 100% nonstick. I love using this pan instead of my glass ones because my veggies crisp up and brown perfectly. It cooks my meatloaf and chicken evenly & much faster than glass pans. It’s the perfect size for making brownies, a sheet cake or Rice Krispie treats! It’s a very good pan especially for the price.

I bought this pan for baking focaccia. The lid is perfect for the final rise. It would be great for transporting frosted cakes and other desserts!
