Great Fitness Tool
This is a great addition to my AB program. 100 high cable seated crunches per day using the crunch harness is allowing for noticeable AB conditioning. Would recommend!

Awesome crunch pad
It replaced the brand name crunch pad with this no name pad. Lots cheaper and just as good. Probably made by the same company.
