Product was individualy wrapped but each whistle failed to work. We weren't able to fill half of them with water and most the others had no air flow to whistle. Out of the entire batch only two worked after we cut open the openings. They look to be cheep injection moulding with no quality control at all. I wouldn't recommend this product or company for any reason.

I bought this for my daughter’s bird themed birthday party for her treat bags. They are pretty cool and sound fun when you add a little water, but I wish their beaks weren’t so truncated. It looks like they got their beaks chopped off. Other than that they’re a fun cheap plastic toy and perfect party favors.

Neices, nephews, grandkids all had a lot of fun with these.

Cheap. Have to measure how much water too put in to get the perfect sound. Didn't expect much from this item. Was bought as occupational therapeutic device for son's mouth.

If you're expecting these to be like the ones you had when you were a kid, you'll be badly disappointed. When I read the reviews, my thought was that people who were dissatisfied were probably just filling them incorrectly. That is definitely not the case. These whistles are a decidedly poor product and do not "chirp" well regardless of the amount of water put in the chamber. The problem possibly lies in the fact that instead of having a "beak," there's only a hole in the face which is too large. It allows too much air to pass through the whistle without disturbing the water (the mechanism for making the "chirp" sound). I'd return them, but it would cost too much to ship them back.
