Recliner Repair Prats

This is a must buy! But I highly recommend buying the metal handles easy to install I had to file the wood slightly to make a tight fit but works great and great quality! When I buy furniture in the future I’ll just go ahead and buy these at a great price.

When our recliner-couch popped a control cable I had nightmares of needing to buy a new couch.....and then I found these rather universal-fit replacements. They are actually made of better materials than the original and the fit at both ends and the middle anchor point were perfect. The handle-end "cup" seems to be metal of some sort, better than the original plastic. I had to tip the couch over on its back and use pliers and a screwdriver, but it really wasn't a bad job at all. In liew of a new couch these are a great value and they function perfectly. The two-pack will let me do the other end of the couch when it decides to fail.

These handles are made well. The original handles on our reclining couch were plastic and broke within two months of owning our couch. These are made of a sturdy metal and were very easy to install. It saved a lot of money on a service call and furniture repair!

I must say, this are heavy duty. Very easy to change out, and put back together. Looks GREAT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

So, my recline cable broke awhile back and I've been holding the cable with "vise grips" and pulling the jacket to recline my chair. I just so happened to come across this pair of replacement cables and the handle too, so I looked really close and decided to get them and fix my chair. The fit is good although I would have liked an extra inch or two to help make the installation easier. The cable is a far deal better than what it replaced. I like the metal ends and the return spring on the end of the cable. I feel like it is a sturdy cable and will last the rest of this chair's life. The replacement process wasn't awful but did require a few choice words to get the job done.

The couch we got given to us had two broken plastic ones. Got these metal ones to replace them, fortunately neither needed a new cable ran so can’t speak to that quality. But I can tell you these are so easy to replace I did it myself instead of waiting for my husband to do it. We’ve had these in for almost a year and still feel solid, still look brand new. Was a perfect fit to the old ones didn’t need to cut anything. Great value instead of buying more plastic ones. The metal has some weight to it but so much smoother than our old ones

You can tell this product is high quality. It was perfect to fix my broken recliner.
