The snug fit around my lower back was a game-changer—I could move without wincing.I even wore it during workouts, and it didn’t hinder my movements. Whether lifting weights or doing yoga, it kept me upright and reminded me to engage my core.Comfort and Design:The breathable material is a winner. No sweaty discomfort here! The softer shoulder bands were a nice touch, but there’s room for improvement. I felt they faced outward instead of hugging my chest, affecting overall comfort.However, for a one-size-fits-all product, it impressed me. The adjustable Velcro straps ensured a secure fit (waist 27"-48"), and I’d confidently recommend it to a friend.Versatility:From my 9-to-5 desk job to post-work gym sessions, the Aollop Posture Corrector stayed put. I’ve even washed it, and it’s still intact—no fraying or loss of elasticity.Final Thoughts:Aollop, you’ve got a winner here. Fix those chest supports, and you’ll have a perfect 10. Product is well made and instructions are clear on how to wear it. Tried it for a couple of days and found that it supported the back and the lumbar region, however could not wear it for very long as it was painful and very uncomfortable on the armpits. Unfortunately, I will be returning the product.

Two days in and I have seen immediate results with this piece of kit. I am wearing it over my shirt but under a gilet in the office and you can’t see it. I have chronic lower back pain from years of sitting badly and not only has this pulled my back into the correct posture and is making me feel taller, but in a seat my back is absolutely in the position it needs to be in and I have no lower back pain. Cannot recommend it enough. I am hoping over time my back “learns” to keep this alignment without wearing it and I am also now doing core and back exercises to further help this process along. Bottom line: it works and is well made.

Not strong enough doesn't really help with the posture in a definitive way.I bought another product £17 and that one was so much better.This one is just the waste of too much material- the belt that you strap around your waist is completely useless it just suffocates you.I put this on and didn't feel any type of harness and why this more expensive is bemusing.Not built for purpose.so waste of money don't bother.Returned

I must say, it is comfortable to wear and easy to put on; although the only qualm I have is that it doesn't actually keep you upright as such...you tighten the waist but there is no strap for the shoulders, so it will not support the top half of the brace, maybe that's the reason the tension is too firm.

I have been using this for 3 days now and it really is helping my posture. It’s easy to wear and mostly comfortable. The only downside, which I note a few reviews have mentioned, is that it does chafe under the arms. However, the shoulder padding does move so that has helped by moving it to that area and I’ve used my own extra padding too.That really is my only complaint, the back support is firm, it’s easy to move around in - I had no restrictions, and it can be worn discreetly under a jumper. I would recommend this product.
