A great book for any CBT therapist working with OCD
This book is fantastic! It explains OCD so well and in lots of detail. I like the way it has examples of parts of the techniques used throughout, e.g. how to formulate and setting up theory A and theory B. It also uses real life examples which helps to illustrate what is being described. I have used to expand my knowledge of working with people with OCD and this book has been so helpful for my work in clinical practise.

Great book for IAPT High Intensity CBT Trainee Therapists
Prompt delivery and packaging was intact. Nothing worse than paying for new books and receiving them damaged. The book is written in a style which is engaging even for someone experiencing Long COVID-related brain fog. It provided background information on OCD and details on session-by-session plans, troubleshooting and supervision reflection guidance, additional questionnaires as well as cognitive and behavioural techniques for application using case examples.

Robotic CBT
I like CBT when it's well done. This, in my view is a good example of robotic CBT that has entirely forgotten it's beckian roots.
