Makes the desk area look professional!
Easy to assemble and mount. Fortunately, I had a spot with double wall studs so it was easy to mount. It would be difficult to mount on a single wall stud. Missing washers and it looks like they upgraded some of the washers without updating the manual. Had to find a washer in my spare parts bin.The overall unit sagged to one side but when I position the arms to the sagging side, things balanced-out. Also, do not turn the adjustment knobs too far or they will come apart.In the end... overall it solved my problem and looks great!

Won't support a 34 inch Wide screen well enough
This will not hold a 34 inch screen. The ball end no matter how tight it is moves downward causing the screen to tilt rather than be flat. There is ZERO room for height changes either. The design is nice and well thought out but this is way too undersized for a 34 inch wide screen Acer. Took complete installation and effort to find out it won't work. Tiny Allen head screw for tightening things down does not cut it. Should be 2 to 3 screws evenly spaced and much, much larger screws. To hold the 34 inch Wide Screen.If you have a smaller light weight screen, and only ONE single screen, this would be a good choice. But there is not nearly enough freedom of movement for me trying to match a second screen. Worst part is the ball cannot be cranked down enough to keep the screen from sagging. I don't want to have to deal with shimming this at the mounted end and also with ZERO freedom in height it doesn't work for me.

Good Mount
I like the build of the product. I lost the screw to scree in the monitor piece to the wall piece and the product is sturdy enough to stay on their and won't budge. Great buy
