I used the first one for 4 years, it has served me well and I felt it was time to replace it. The top was getting loose and the first 2 joints had both broken; which I do not think is problem since the cover been out in the weather for 4 years and I use my truck a lot. Even after the joints broke, the cover closed, stayed securely on my truck bed and kept my bed dry. They’re even nearly $100 cheaper than when I bought my fist cover. If you want a functional and affordable bed cover, buy this one.

Fits perfectly on my 2014 Ram 1500. On a previous pickup I had a solid fiberglass cover that limited what I could do with the bed as it took so much time and effort to get off and on. This thing is the exact opposite. Pop up to fit long lumber? yes please. Fold up to fit sheet of plywood? yes please. I no longer hesitate or feel limited just because I have a cover.On top of all of that, it looks nice and seals the bed from getting any rain in it, even in the Pacific Northwest.Pros:- Easy to install- Easy to get off and on when you have larger items- Keeps the water out with no problems.- Looks nice- Easy to take care ofCon:- I added is some side cargo boxes to the bed that are supposed to be universal, but the handles on this cover dangles down a bit too much. I trimmed the handles. It is not the fault of this cover, so I am not deducting a star, but just be aware that the handles used to secure the cover to the bed hang down a bit.

Well constructed and easy to install. The fit however is not perfect. there is a little over hang in the rear corners, which Im not thrilled about, but its not so bad to say that its unacceptable. At this price point, I can deal with it.a little care needs to be taken when folding it up. The mounting brackets tend to dangle and poke at the material, to to prevent putting a hole in the tarp, or at-least a dent or undue strain, you have to hold the clamp flat on one side, then go to the other side of the truck to fold in the other clamp. an improvement would be the ability to lock the clamps into storage position before folding.I would buy this again.

Fit is a little tight or short side to side at the cab end of the truck. But I installed in the winter so summer heat might help.

Great product! Had been looking around on eBay for a low cost tonneau cover for my Ram 1500, but was weary of the products. Lund is a good brand that is backed by lifetime warranty versus 1-3 yr warranties other products supply. I purchased with a coupon option on Amazon with a rebate making it only $135! This is better than pricing I could get through a friend who has family working for Lund.Installation instructions provided and straight forward. The extra piece of foam was missing from my packaging but it was not a big deal. I went to Home Depot and got a roll of the same material for $3 and have extra now in case I ever need it. It did take the extra layer of foam across the front of the tonneau to provide full weather seal but that's expected in many of the roll on's. Installed on 2015 Ram 1500 Crew Cab/Short bed. This is a really nice looking cover. My previous trucks had vinyl covers which did not hold up well to Ohio weather, so I am hoping the twill fabric will solve the problem. Installation was pretty easy but not right out of the box. If your truck has the factory bed rail covers, be prepared to modify them in order to make the cover fit correctly.I used the provided foam tape on the front edge of the cover, and cut correctly, after it was installed I did not experience any gaps between the cover and the bed. Once I had the cover positioned loosely in place, I marked the location of the clamps on the bedside rail caps with some masking tape. I removed the cover, and used an oscillating tool to cut rectangular notches in the factory rail caps the width of the Lund's clamps. I made sure they were flush with the steel lip on the bed rail. (You could also remove the caps before making this modification I suppose, but I was careful and had no problem doing it with them on). If you do not do this, since the plastic rail caps extend below the lip on the bed rail, you will be clamping the cover the the plastic cap and it will flex. At highway speeds, you are likely to get shifting, leaks, or worse... The notches in the plastic caps allow the clamps to pull the cover down firmly to the bed. As a bonus, they serve as alignment points, and seem to keep the cover from shifting as others have mentioned. [I think the manufacturer could solve this by designing the clamps with deeper jaws that sit against the underside of the top of the bed rail, rather than the rolled lip. It would also make the attachment more secure.]Other cons? Well, the cover fits...but doesn't look like it was "made" for my truck. The tailgate panel is straight although the tailgate itself is contoured - so it seems like they would have contoured the rear of the cover like they did the front. It also appears to sticks out slightly at the rear corners (but not past the bed rail fortunately). I feel like there is very little seal on the tailgate because of this (most of the tailgate top rail is exposed) - although I have yet to see any leaks. The clamps are a bit on the "cheap" side considering the price of this cover - time will tell how they hold up.
