Great Tasting, Simple Ingredients
I have been using these for about 3 years now since I heard a recommendation from that Eric Roberts fitness influencer in one of his podcasts. I like the simplicity of the ingredients and lack of added sugar as compared to something like liquid iv. Watermelon is my favorite flavor by far, I did not prefer the lime or lemon. I like using them for pre workout or the next morning after a few drinks the night before.I would recommend mixing the entire pack in 8-10oz of water, as mixing in a full 16oz water bottle seems to dilute the flavor too much for me.

Less Sugar Yet Tasteful
I was looking for a drink with less sugar yet still tasteful. This contain stevia & monk fruit extract which seem to pair very well in this drink. Coconut water powder gives this a nice smooth texture. It mixes easily with cold water and I like to drink with plenty of ice. I enjoy most of the flavors as well!

I have repurchased this item several times, this is the best tasting and best working hydration product I have tried. I also love that it is HSA eligible! My favorite is the berry flavor

Good, but a little salty
Overall, good choice. Great flavor. It was a little salty for me but not overpowering. I would recommend.

Love this product. It gives you energy after you drunk it. That taste is not a bad taste. And it dissolves very quickly. The sugar is not that bad. I will order more in the feature

Small stick size, not worth the price
I've tried many different brands of electrolyte powders, but I don't think this one's worth the price. The sticks contain a pretty small amount, twice as less as another brand that I like, and the price is almost the same. The flavor is good, I just have to add 2 sticks per 1 water bottle. They use stevia instead of cane sugar, which is good if you care about sugar intake. Wish they had some variation with zinc and vitamin C added to these packets for immune support.
