It tastes amazing. Best out of all protein powders I've tried. The jug is a little overkill and it didn't need to be that big because 1/8 of it is empty. But still a great product

Hard for me to say anything about the actual efficacy of the protein as far as building muscle.. i'm tall and have a naturally skinny build. I definitely notice muscle build to some extent, but hard to say it's any better or worse than any other protein. But I like the brand, and the ingredient mix so I wanted this protein but I also know I like reviews on flavor before I buy, so - hope this helps someone out..TLDR; "Chocolate Cake Batter" is your winner here.Vanilla Milkshake - the more I drink it the more I like it! Good frothy texture & great taste.Flavor: 8 of 10Mixability: 10 of 10, rarely have residue on the inside of my shaker cupCookies & Cream - meh, nothing special, not awful, but have def had better cookies & cream whey. Texture is thin and slimy, and flavor is just not there.. it's more a "Cardboard & Cream" to me.Flavor: 5 of 10Mixability: 7 of 10, have had better, have had much worse, but does not easily mix with spoon or fork even in water, must use a shaker cup and will leave some clumped residue on sides of your cupChocolate Cake Batter - probably the best whey shake I've ever had. Great frothy texture, and it literally tastes exactly like drinking cake batter out of a dish. Less water / milk makes it super thick & enjoyable.. it will leave alot of clumped residue, but boy howdy is it delicious.Flavor: 10 of 10Mixability: 6 of 10, will leave some residue to clean out on the inside of your shaker cup, and will not mix with spoon or fork, but trade off for flavor is absolutely there.

Tastes amazing, mixes well and is priced well. This is a good anytime protein. Downside for some will be the artificial sweetners and higher calories compared to other protein powders.

There is lower calories per gram of protien out there, but this is still an excellent product.The flavor is really good even with just cold water, though of course it's much better with cold milk (lot of extra calories to do it that way though).I feel pretty good and healthy when using this stuff to diet away some fat. You are not supposed to use products like this to replace food, but that's why it works. The world usually has things backwards.Everyone knows that a fast is healthy once in a whileSowhy on earth is it unhealthy to fast while taking low calorie\high protien products?You keep the muscles healthy while you starve away the fat, seems like that's the point of a keto diet yeah? And that's exactly what these powders can do for you. Better to eat lean chicken all day if you can though.
