This pad has improved my sleep 100%. It's reduced my night time hot flashes 99%. It also means I don't need to have the air conditioning on in the bedroom anymore which is so much nicer. If you're a hot sleeper like me but you like having bedclothes on this allows you to have the best of both worlds.

Just for everyone on here saying it only works when it wants to, I bought this for my wife in 2021, have never had an issue, until recently she said it was making a sound and would shut off, didnt cool after multiple cleanings still same prob, so tonight I figured after this many years! Might as well take it apart and see what up, worst case I buy her another one, ( it’s been well worth it!) so I open it up! Strip back the insulation on the hoses and find a small leak, fine, cut it out and repair, try it again, still flashing lights no response from the unit, still making a weird sound, so I open the main unit, clean the fans check the pump all good dust off the vents and reassemble, it’s working like brand new!!! Quiet! Like when we first got it and cooling even better! Best thing I ever bought to get her through that menopause stage! I dont know if you can still buy these but would definitely recommend! 🤘

The Chilipad is an amazing product. I’ve used it for years. I love that I can use it year round. Cools during the summer and heats during the winter! Great for managing body temperatures when your body can’t. The only issue I found is the cleaning solution can be hard to come by. Make sure to order it from their website when you go place your order. That way you have it when you need it. It’s always being sold out.

Massive pain but I verified COLD water is going in & out of the pad (usually 61-62 day and 58-59 night). You'd think that cold would be pretty cool. It isn't. I can barely feel it. Something is seriously wrong. Because the pad is on the mattress, I don't know if that is acting like a giant "heat sink". Only thing I can think of at this point. Pretty annoyed. This type of complaining is not normal for me at all. Edit : Well, now I get to eat my words. I had the unit about 4" from a wall on one side. I could feel plenty of air exhausting. I moved it farther (didn't measure) and I feel a much cooler pad. I'm happy that it is working but massively confused as to why the actual pad is cool when the water coming on was already cool.

I've had it for two nights. It makes a noticeable difference in my ability to keep my sleeping environment cool. I've been hesitant to buy the product for 7 years and finally did after saving because of hot flashes and the chaotic temp changes at night due to the weather in the area. The white noise from the machine is hardly noticeable(comparable to a desktop pc running,maybe even quieter), the pad cools down in a reasonable amount of time. It's nice for the nights where I run hot. I'd been sleeping with ice packs,but they were melting too quickly. This stays cool consistently through the night. Read and follow the instructions first before plugging the machine in. It'll help. I used AI to get further instructions when first setting it up. It took more water than I'd expected it to in order to get the unit to work. I'll edit my review after a few months if I run into any problems. My intended use for it is to manage high body temperatures and the upcoming warm nights of the warmer seasons. I hope it performs the same as it has the past few nights.
