No it does not come pre filled with fluid you have to purchase the fluid sepperatly. I would recomend ronsons lighter fluid, or zippo brand lighter fluid

It doesn't come filled with lighter fluid because it's a hazard restriction for shipping. You must purchase lighter fluid and fill the zippo in order to use it.

Does it come prefilled and already with a flint and wick or will I have to purchase them all separately?

I got one for Christmas and it came with a wick but no flint. I bought flints but couldn't install them because the screw that holds the flints in is missing. WTH?
