well made mag holder
As with most of Uncle Mikes products, this mag holder is well constructed and properly fits the Sig mags that I bought it for. I suppose you could complain that it is not very stealthy if you need to reload in a quiet mode due to the Velcro fastener, but by the time you need to reload everyone will know you are there anyway. I was looking for a holder that would allow a horizontal mount on a shoulder hostler rig and this one works well.

fits large caliber pistol magazines
This does fit two 13 round double stack 45 acp magazines just fine. The adjustable Velcro fastener can hold a variety of sizes. It protects the whole magazine in a soft yet sturdy holder. fits on the belt just fine.Four stars instead of five just because the plastic belt loop might not last as long as the case but the price is right. I'm happy with my purchase.

Yepper. I have three of these so far.
Low profile for good concealment. Handles single and double stack magazines easily. Soft and flexible front, rigid back. Flaps come up and get out of the way during mag swaps. Easy to re-mount even when at the 6 o'clock position.I use with 8 round 1911 mags on an almost daily basis. Much better than the Bianchi alternatives and a fraction of the cost of Safariland.

Good quality and well made to hold up for a long time. Always try other brands but end up going back to Uncle Mike's. I like the covers to keep the mags clean. Never have to worry about them falling out, either.

Gotta carry extra clips now in case!
As long as the plastic holds up it should be more comfortable that a metal clip! The belt holder is sewn on plastic in all four corners and so I thought I would try it as all of my clip holders clip onto your belt with a metal clip. They do work and my holster also has the metal clip and I've been wearing it for almost 10 years. Glocks Rock!!
