Amazing Colour, Price and Quality

Visually this case looks great from a distance. However on close examination it is clear that it is built to a price point. The catches and latches seems to be fairly lightweight and not all straight although they do all close ok. The end pieces that look like nice stitched leather are in face plastic caps glued on with fake stiching. The handle is fine.The case is a wooden construction and heavier than the moulded plastic ones, internally the case is well padded and affords decent protection to the guitar . My Strat fits perfectly. The headstock is a very tight fit but it is no problem to compress the foam which is under the crushed velvet and the headstock is then firmly held in place. If used for regular gigging I'm not sure how long the case would last , think the brown glued on end caps would prob start to come loose. For regular gigging your much better off with a proper flight case like Hiscox for the same money or less. Personally I would like to have seen better quality latches fitted and proper leather end caps happily paying another £30/40 for quality. Externally it really comes across as a cheap Chinese product and feel Fender should do better.hence only 3 stars.

Not inexpensive but my old 70s telecaster fits like a glove. My original case had pretty much fallen to bits. I may try and fix it as I want to get a strat but this new case does a sterling job and looks great. Although having said it wasn’t cheap; it was still cheaper than two guitar shops I went to (neither of which had it in stock anyway). Checked Amazon and saved around £20. Good colour too.

Love this case...and so does my strat. The dark blue colour really suits it and I just love it to bits. Get one.

This navy blue Fender case looks great, but the quality is poor.Locks are not aligned properly. Hardwares feel cheap.A little bit tight for a tele (or a strat?). The 1st machine head is forced to be twisted.I will keep it, but won't put my best guitar in this case.
