Larger than the stock Hemi 6.4L 2500 truck filter
I read that the SRT filter is larger and produces a few more extra oil PSI. It fits my 2018 Dodge Ram 2500 with the Hemi 6.4L just fine. There are no clearance issues and my oil pressure is 2 PSI more at idle, which these trucks need since their oil pump is weak. I have used these filters for 2 years now using Amsoil 0w-40 with zero issues.

Good OEM filter for my Ram
Grew tired of generic filters on my 2016 Ram 1500, so I went back to this Mopar one. I change my own oil in a small home studio garage where space is tight, and this fits the 5.7 Hemi without drama. Threads catch cleanly, gasket seats right away, and I do not have to fight leaks. I pair it with 5W-20 synthetic and run about 5,000 miles between changes. Last weekend I swapped it in before a client meeting and still made it on time. That little bit of peace of mind while hauling gear to shoots made me glad I stuck with the OEM part.
