Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The Good- It is easily to use- It is great for parents who want to get kids more involved in science- It is great for kids who LIKE science- It could be useful to science students but with limitationsThe Bad- It feels kind of cheaply made- The LED is not too bright- The scalpel is plastic, soft and with no sharpness- Using the largest lens can hit the sample glass when trying to focusThis microscope can be great for kids who love science and want to see how plants, small insects and very hard to see living beings. Because of its limitations I would say this might be helpful to science students but it has big limitations.Among this limitations when using the largest lens, I found myself hitting the sample glass and still unable to find focus if the sample used was as thick as an ant. The LED light is also limited, so some samples can look dark. The sample glasses have imperfections which can be a visual problem depending on what the microscope is being used for.Because of all of these, I give this microscope a 3 stars out of 5,

I think this is great microscope. We have a different, cheaper ($60ish) model and this is a nice upgrade comparing to the other one. It comes with a several samples so you can get the idea what it can do. You don’t have to have a cellphone but you can connect it to the phone and have your images displayed there. It comes with a cellphone holder but the holder works on a suction cups principle so you need to either remove the cellphone case or have a perfectly smooth case that can stick to suction cups.It has a lot of extras; tweezers, scalpel, glass plates for samples, little case to organize and other helpful accessories much needed.It’s a great way to intrigue young minds and introduce science, also demonstrate how nothing is the way it seems like. You could probably throw in the lesson not to “judge a book by its cover” Microscope is efficient, images are clear and works as it should.

This Biological Microscope for Students is a nice first microscope for young scientists. Our Louisiana grandkids will enjoy yet another window into reality afforded by the kit.It's definitely a beginner's kit and has the limited fit and finish to prove it. But in our estimation it's enough to give young eyes a sense for things too small to see with the unaided eye.A solid if limited investment in their future for just under USD $90.

Opening this microscope kit surprised me. It has so much stuff to play with right in the box. It comes with different lenses, some specimens to start you out (like fly legs). It’s a bit complicated to figure out without knowing what you’re doing, but it’s a good time. I wouldn’t say this is just for kids, because I’m having a blast with it. It has both top and bottom lights to light up the view and is really cool.

This is a great microscope for home school or homework science projects. It's great that you can attach a smartphone for display so more than one student can see the magnification at once. It's well made with quality materials and comes with everything you need!

安かったしレビューも無かったので不安でしたが、必要な物はだいたいそろっておりすぐに使えます。倍率もしっかりしているのでかなり細かいものまで見えます。入門編にはちょうどいいかなと思いました。すぐに届いたし大変満足です。説明書は簡単なものなのでもっと詳しくても良いかなと思いました。

使いやすいです。簡易ですがスマートフォンでも見られるのがいいですね。

小学生の娘に顕微鏡の仕組みや基本的な使い方を学ばせる為に購入しました。顕微鏡としての基本的な性能はお値段以上の価値はあると思います。あと、好みの問題もありますが、フレームの金属の素材が軽く、少し不安定に感じました。もう少しズッシリした方が良いように思います。

遊ぶ目的で購入しました。安いわりに基本的な機能はしっかりしてます。特に下側のライトの色を変えれるのが楽しいです。これから買う人は単３電池の準備をお忘れなく。

小学6年の息子に購入しました。意外に軽くて、取り扱いしやすそうです。
