Perfect Fit for Upgrading F150 Front Speakers
The Metra 82-5606 speaker mounting brackets are a perfect fit for my 2015+ F150. After the OEM factory paper speakers gave out in the South Florida heat, I replaced them with poly/rubber speakers, and these brackets fit perfectly. They made the installation process straightforward and secure. If you're looking to upgrade your F150's front speakers, these brackets are a must-have. Highly recommended for their ease of use and compatibility!

Installed aftermarkets in f150 w/ these
These were bought to install with my infinity 6x9's for the front speakers. These were 100% plug-and-play type install. They matched up perfectly w/ the holes in my f150. The only cons to this product were the screw holes were not threaded so you just kinda had to softly tighten. Would have been nice to have some threaded holes but I guess that would mean thicker plastic and maybe a higher price point? All in all I'm super happy and my truck sounds great!!

Easy to install and fit well
These adapters worked well for my speaker installation. Easy to use and they appear to be good quality. The only issue I had was that the screws holding the speaker to the bracket only thread into the plastic. There are no clips or nuts to securely tighten the screw down. I used some U shaped nut clips and snipped off one side using the other side to be able to tighten the screw. If not for this one issue I would have given a 5 rating.

They fit nice, dont over tighten the screws
They are good for the purpose, but I wish they came with lock washers. If you over tighten the screw on to these, they will strip the plastic hole and will not securely attach to the plate. You will have to get a thicker screw from your own stash to fix this issue. Maybe they will throw some locking washers, it would cost them cents to do that.
