I love this powder. It’s the first one I’ve found that actually feels like an affordable , healthy dupe for a higher end powder I’ve used for years (b**e m******s). It doesn’t feel as thick as that one, either. I like that I can adjust the level of coverage. I live in a hotter climate and use it with an SPF moisturizer, but I think if you live in a colder climate, you might need a little more moisturizer. It wasn’t drying on me at all- just thinking that based on having lived in various climates before and the texture of the powder. It feels and looks more like my skin. It took a little getting used to it being just a touch more natural of a look as I was used to slightly more coverage, but when I used the other powder once since using this one, the old one now feels too heavy and thick. I am 40, with medium skin that can go to a lighter medium in the winter and a darker medium in the summer. I have combination skin that’s usually well controlled, though I did have a recent breakout due to something I ate, and this powder covered well on top of my zinc moisturizer without making the breakout worse. I found luminous to work well, though might need to go up a shade as I’m in the sun more. It’s a nice balance between matte but not flat. I also like their two-pack eye shadow palettes with the matte shades.

Looks like I've added lights to my face like a Monet painting lol! As an older woman, this takes years off of me! It's just as heavy and light as I wanted it to be, with a slightly earthy peachy tone which is perfect for taking out yellow purple and red tones from my aging face. Brushed under my eyes and across cheeks and cheekbones, makes me look like a different person. And it's a generous wide size for a large or small brush to sweep across well.

Feels very light on the skin which is great, particularly for aging skin.

I've been using this in Luminous for too many years to count. My color is closer to Supernatural but Luminous gives my skin tone warmth while still blending well.I make this into a loose powder by scraping out with a knife into a round container with a lid.I apply using a round makeup pad, not a sponge, then I blend with a makeup brush. I do 2 to 3 applications depending on what coverage I want.I do use a light moisturizer underneath to give a good base, and I use this powder for as an all-in-one foundation, concealer, powder. It gives a natural no-makeup look.

Love Honey Bee Garden products. Much better ingredients then conventional makeup. So glad I found them after my Origins makeup lines were discontinued. Goes on lightly and evenly with no allergic reactions. I still need concealer for some of my uneven skin tone areas, but a touch of their liquid foundation helps a lot with that as well. Love the blush too!

I am very fair skinned with red hair. I find that even the palest shade in this product line is too dark for my skin tone. For those asking in another review “who is even this pale?” I am. And this isn’t even light enough.

When I first received the item, my first impression was that it would be too yellowish on me. But I tried it and it was not an issue. This powder is also better than many others in a similar price range for mattifying oily skin for a longer time (it doesn't stay matte forever though, which is fine). It's also not bad at blocking out some dark circles and acne scars (still a bit visible, but an improvement nonetheless).Finally, a quality makeup powder with ingredients that aren't horrible for human health :)

Not enough range of shades available, maybe if your very light skin you can find the shades suitable. It's unfortunate for medium to dark skin colour tho.

Surely no one is this pale. Went on really heavy and I looked like a ghost. Tried to wash it is straight away and it was caked on. Took ages to remove even with makeup remover. Also assumed it would come with the brush add in picture but it didn't.

Wears poorly, overly perfumed. Gross
