Suitable Replacement!
I am pleasantly surprised at the quality of this product and it fits perfectly onto my mountain bike as a suitable replacement. There is a need to run-in the pads in order to achieve good grip and effective braking.

It fits and it works properly
I was given a bike that had been neglected. Front disc brake had been removed as broken. I researched what was available (lots) and what would do the job and this came up trumps. It did everything that it should, did it well and unlike others did not break the bank. Only needed half the set so now have a spare for the rear.

Nearly killed me going downhill within first 2 hrs.
Installation went smooth, used new levers and cables. Took it out and the second hill from my house is a sloping downhill path with steps at the bottom.Eased into the front brake with slight assistance from the back and felt a pop, the front wouldn’t apply anymore pressure and just fell through leaving the back to slide. Stopped about 7ft short of the steps, feels like the internal gear has shredded. After cooling down it feels a bit more normal but this failed within less than 5 minutes of riding. This could have been fatal had it failed much later.I have 0 trust in this caliper now, just don’t risk it.Avoid like the plague.

You get what you pay for
They work fairly well but after a couple of weeks of daily riding over cobbles the front caliper flew off, I was unable to reattach it cos the threads were totally gone.Just fairly low quality but you get what you pay for. Cheap as chips but junk
