Allett Hybrid Card Wallet, RFID Blocking Slim Bifold (Nylon, Cala Green)

Well, as it turns out, I am using this as my daily wallet. I got rid of some cards and I fold bills to slide into a card slot along either the debit card. Almost always it’s in my front pocket. This working very well My Previous review: The description claims it holds 3 -10 cards. Reality is it has 1 slot with clear plastic, presumably for ID, 2 slots opposite of that, and one slot on the outside of the wallet, accessible the wallet is closed. Packing more than 3 cards and ID would negate the slim wallet design. In fact I would like to see someone try to stuff 10 cards in this. I bought this to use when I’m cycling – to put my ID, my insurance card, and some cash into it. For that it’s great. And it is very well made and it looks classy. I suppose if I “went out” at night and wanted to keep my wallet in the front pocket this would be good.

Absolutely love this wallet. It was exactly what I was looking for and has stood the test of time. Holds multiple cards. I currently have about ten various different cards. Holds cards safely in place. If you are a cash person, I’m sure it works fine but I can’t speak to it.

I've been using this wallet for the last two years, love it. Perfect size for daily use and very slim which makes it great for travel. It's not meant to be used to carry every card you may own, but works really well for having the essentials. I like the outside pocket in particular for carrying a few business cards, a bus pass, or hotel key. Nice that you can get a matching passport case too. Made in California also a plus! There's no cash pocket, but when I carry cash I just fold my small bills and put them in the wallet taco style, never had a problem. I also keep 1-2 large bills in one of the card pockets with my backup credit card. Slightly bit awkward when traveling in places like certain African countries where you get hundreds of low value bills, but that's not easy to manage with any wallet - and this wallet is not trying to be a cash management solution, it's a card case.

There’s a lot to like here minus one design issue that ultimately causes me to not use this wallet. So, $ wasted. I like the materials, weight, construction and I have no doubt it will last. The issue is they’ve designed it to hold a very small pen (that they sell) and this unnecessarily increases the size of the wallet to a point where it is no longer front pocket friendly. I would be great if there was a model sans pen pocket and thus minus the extra width.

I’ve had this wallet for about 2 weeks now, and can say it is easily the best wallet I’ve ever owned, for my purpose and lifestyle. I’ve tried many different types of minimalist wallets that still have capacity to hold more than 3-4 cards and this thing is awesome. I have 7 cards in the wallet and it is super slim while still being able to comfortably fit a few more, no problem. Fantastic build quality and materials. I would definitely recommend!

Love that it’s thin and can fit in my front or back pocket without making TOO much of a budge in my clothes. And it stands out so it’ll be harder for me to misplace it. Only con is that if you have like 14 cards like I do, you gotta pull all the cards outta one pocket and look for the one u need.

I’ve carried a traditional leather trifold for 30+ year. I needed a wallet that was smaller and light to fit in a flight suit, this fits the bill perfectly. I got rid of the random junk and just carry the basics, tiny amount of cash, debit card, license and LTC. Don’t even notice it in my pocket. Like that it’s water resistant and the size and weight are perfect.

This is exactly what I was after. I wasn’t sure if the size was going to be too big, but it’s just right. I normally carry 7 cards and some cash. It all fits nicely and I could add cards if I needed to. The wallet is super lightweight and overall footprint isn’t overbearing. Would buy again.

I've been carrying this around daily since I got it 2 years ago, still looks new. Material, stitching and card grips are all still perfect.

I've been carrying this walled for more than half a year already and I'm absolutely in love with it. It is very slim, holds all the cards I need to carry with ease and securely, while taking only a sliver of my back pocket. It is also totally transparent at airport security checks, never had an issue here. It is rugged and sexy, my wife also eyed it, luckily she needs something larger. 100% fits my needs. 100% recommended!

great quality. reminds me of high quality outdoor apparel. material is light, have to get used to having it in my pocket. would recommend as an alternative to leather.

Previously owned a Ridge wallet for four years. It was a nice minimalist wallet that kept the cards I need on hand. However, I unfortunately lost it recently which sucked, but led me to buying this Allett wallet instead. So far, I like the Allett, it feels nice, light, and slim exactly what I needed it to be, plus the RFID protection. And honestly, it feels better sitting in my pockect compared to the Ridge wallet I had. I was worried about the rubber texture making it finicky to get cards out, but so far it's not bad at all, just as grippy as I needed it. The only small complaint I'd have is just the price for what it is, which is just nylon and some faraday fabric for the RFID layering (Which is probably the bulk of the cost). Despite that it's better than spending $100 plus for another Ridge wallet. Overall it does what it needs to do for me, looks good enough, and I'm certain it will last.
