Results were quickied by them - done within 5 minutes of receipt - and completely inaccurate. Both times I had to get another D test from my regular MD, and Cerascreen was off by 10 points too low. Plus last time it took 3 weeks for them to even acknowledge they received my sample-while it sat in the "refrigerator" according to them.

It's great to find this Vitamin D test. For years my doctors have recommended that I take Vitamin D supplements, but never tested my level of the vitamin! The test was easy. Now I know what my level is, and more about it. And I can talk to my doctor from an informed position. I'm so glad to find this test.

The IOS APP is terrible. There was some kind of glitch with my test; they sent a email with replacement instructions which sent you to a page with another glitch. Given the lack of attention to detail, my guess is that the method validation for their product would not meet industry standards.

This kit arrived in a reasonable time. The return label was very faded, I wasn't sure the post office would be able to scan. Directions were good for collection of blood sample. Registering online was difficult, took 3 tries to get email verification to proceed, had problems getting to the site and suspected a scam. I am not confident this company is reliable, have not yet received my results, but it has only been a few days.

I utilized this D3 test earlier this year. Easy to use, received test results in (3) days, detailed report.Since my goal is to optimize my levels, I made an adjustment to my supplementation level, and ordered a new kit to retest my level. Sent the test to the lab, and customer service has confirmed lab has completed analysis, however (6) weeks later still no results. Have corresponded with customer service (both in US & Germany) on (3) occasions and the answer is their IT department is having issues. Even if I receive results this week, I’m not sure how valid they would be to proactively make any further adjustments.

Convenient home test. Very valuable to know your D levels because it's so very important.Clear instructions and I assume the results are accurate. Easy to get results online.Recommended.

I mailed my test kit on July 26th. The results of the test were in my email 5 days later. Fastest results of any lab I’ve used.

Vitamin D is super important for our bodies, yet so many of us are lacking in it, and that isn’t good!People tend to suffer most from this in the winter, due to lack of sunlight, but for me, it was an anytime of the year result- I just was lacking in it from most of my blood draw results over the past 5 or 6 years on and off, hence why I ordered this test. This is a great way to find out about your own level of vitamin D, from the privacy of your own home.I’ve had many tests come back deficient before, but now I take a daily vitamin D3 supplement, and I ended up getting a good result on this test.. finally. I am NOT any longer vitamin D deficient. (Yay!)The process of pricking my finger and sending in the product to find out my results, it was very, very easy to do. I’m not going to complain about that, nor the peace of mind that I got after about a week post sending the test in. That was really good news, to see that I’m now on the right track.The ONLY reason that I took off a star was the whole signing up thing. I think there were many more questions, some quite personal even, that I don’t think we’re really necessary to be asking, as that has nothing to do with the outcome of the test itself, so why it’s needed, I am unsure of that. However, it didn’t end up being a dealbreaker for me, but for some very private people it could be. They may not wish to answer such questions at all, so I’m just making that known in case, but yeah I am happy.. I finally got my vitamin D levels in check! I have enough one my plate, so now this is one less thing to worry about- AMEN!As long as you are OK answering some questions, the testing experience overall, it was a positive one, and it gave me peace of mind. I would recommend this to a friend or family member. (Or to anybody on here who wants to check their vitamin D out.)It was easy.It was fast.It seems to be accurate.Great for peace of mind.4 stars!
