These are not just for beginners. I've been buying these for years. Love how they keep their shape. Hardly use anything else. What the buyer has done (I think) is used the brushes that they like to use out of several sop bought packs - the larger brushes - and amalgamated all the small ones that they don't use themselves, which I do use. They haven't been devious about this, they showed them in the photo and included the right amount in the description but the pack does show what 'used' to be in there when you get it. If you're used to buying a certain brand of brushes in these packs, just make sure that the actual brushes in the photo and the amount are what you actually want, not what you're used to seeing in the packs, in the shops.

You get what you pay for here, the price is low and you get a lot of brushes so don't expect premium quality.These brushes however do exactly what they are designed for which is let you use unusual paints or those that require mineral spirits as a thinner without absolutely destroying your nice sable hair brushes.

I've been using this make and model of brushes for fabric and glass painting. I decided to replace my brushes, not that I really need to, but thought I'd treat myself to new as existing brushes are over 20 years old! These are comfortable to hold, I've never had any problems.

An excellent value for money set of quiality brushed for many mediums. I am using them mostly for acrylics but have an identical set for oils and gauche. I would recommened thes brushes to anyone and with the soft grips they are ideal for anyone with csarpal tunnel syndrome or anyone that gets finger or hand cramps on a regular basis.

bought for practice / to see which size brush I like to use.Great for this purpose, but as an actual artist's brush obviously at this price there are better.Fitted its purpose, but many of the brushes quickly frayed after 1/2 months use.
