Love this Bible. I have a large study Bible that isnt convient to carry around daily. This Bible fits in my purse and the letter are not to small to read. I love that it zips uo so the pages dont get damaged in my purse. Any women that had carred a book, planner etc in her purse knows.

I love this. The font is small, but this Bible is perfect for throwing in my backpack or purse. I love the filament app options that turns this into study bible.

I've purchased more than one of these Bibles, just in different covers. This one I bought for my son. I highlighted a few verses for him with messages and prayers from me. He loves this Bible because he can take it wherever he goes. My Bible like this, has a different cover. I use it as a prayer Bible. It goes in my purse when I leave the house, and I use it throughout the day at work, at home, and by my bedside. Because it's so small, it has very small print. I have to use my readers with it, but I don't mind. We both love the filament option. I had thought it was just study notes, but there are also Bible reading plans and devotions.

I love this Bible! It's super easy to read, even if the authoritative power of some phrases has been altered slightly In order to create better readability. Example: "Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men," has been changed to "Follow Me, and I will show you how to fish for people." It sounds a little awkward, but it gets the point across. Otherwise, the readability and the listenability of the NLT is phenomenal. I'm reading more. I'm reading longer. I'm wanting more every day. That's a huge consideration for anyone who has ever struggled or been frustrated or lost interest in God's Word before. This translation is made to READ and it will make you hunger for more through the Holy Spirit! I love the full zipper on this Bible as well. Works great, and it's smooth and easy to open. Also, it lets the Bible lay very flat because it opens fully and that makes it easier to sit on a surface without wanting to close pages. The zipper keeps everything like notes, pens, and highlighters inside with room available. The size and weight of this Bible are perfect for me to hold with one hand and walk, or to sit on my lap. It's big enough to read comfortably for long stretches, and yet light enough to carry everywhere with me. The text size is generous for my eyes and easy to follow and is well aligned. Words of Christ in red. Footnotes are also handy and easy to see. The pages are very thin, and when you first open this Bible, they will stick together. But the magic is that as you read, they will separate and the next time they won't stick together. That's a great reason to get every page apart through daily reading. If you aren't using a Bible specific highlighter, you will get bleed through. Just buy a highlighter for the job, and it's fine though. The filament app is great! I love being able to scan the page number, and have the audio (3 readers to choose from) to listen to as I do chores, or to help me as I read for better understanding and learning things like location names and people's names. You can change the reading speed as well. The notes, guides, maps, and videos are fantastic for more in depth learning. The app is free, and it's something I use often. The price of this Bible is awesome, and the value for the money really can't be beaten. I will own several of these to give as gifts, as well as the smaller more compact versions for handing out to those who need the Word, but aren't always in a position to buy one for themselves. The greatest value of all is the free gift inside--Jesus!

This is a great Bible for the price. I just wish it was available in other colors so that my hubby & I wouldn't get ours mixed up. The zipper cover is great BUT, it doesn't open far enough to allow the Bible to lay flat, in spite of the "lay flat Smyth binding." Haven't used the Filament app feature yet so can't speak to that, but really like the idea. Really like the portability and the larger print. For a compact Bible that is a nice feature. Most of them are either 6 or 8 and unreadable without glasses.

This is the third Tyndale NLT I have bought. This version is very compact and the font is small, but it’s great for my teen boys to take to camp or youth group. It’s the perfect size to carry around. I would choose a larger font for home study use, but it’s great for their purposes. It looks and feels great and the app is a nice feature.

Its good and compact. It would have been better 1. If Jesus was written as capital "H" instead of small "h". Here's for the reference. 2 Corinthians 8:9 New Living Translation You know the generous grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. Though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, so that by his poverty he could make you rich. 2 Corinthians 8:9 New King James Version For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich. 2. Some words are omitted, making it simpler. Therefore, it is better to go side by side with other versions. Here's the reference Luke 19:40 New Living Translation He replied, “If they kept quiet, the stones along the road would burst into cheers!” Luke 19:40 New King James Version But He answered and said to them, “I tell you that if these should keep silent, the stones would immediately cry out.” The above verse, if u see, has omitted the word "immediately" which also has significance to understand the situation. But this has been omitted in NLT.

This was a gift, my brother loved it he can still read his bible when out of the house. Because of the cape he can put it in his scool bag without being scared to ruin the pages

I bought this Bible for the compact size with zipper and low cost, not expecting much about the cover or font size. It turned out to be a little gem, with tiny but readable font size and limited ghosting, sturdy but flexible cover and a zipper that extends until under the spine, which enables the bible to open up well and not shut close at Genesis and Revelation. This is the first imitation leather compact Bible that can do that for me. I write and underline with a ballpoint pen and there is no bleed through. This Bible works well with the filament app.

Fantastic version, very handy for travel and I like this translation as I personally feel it's easier to understand.
