Piedra delicada para cuchillos de calidad, excesivamente fina pero buena. Necesita muy poca cantidad de agua, es bastante limpia y gasto minimo depiedra en cada afilado

Fine enough to put the final polished edge on any knife, even though they claim you need crazy fine stones like 8000 or 12000 or so... this will not take chips out of a blade, but with water can do some light cutting to put a beautiful edge on your favorite knife. It will not work without water. The stone is very soft, and breaks down and makes a fine slurry that actually does the cutting and polishing. That's what makes this one better than many of the others. It will not scratch or damage your blade. Be sure to keep it clean, since foreign material can damage your blade.
