Excellent for Baguettes
I found a Baguette recipe on You Tube that called for AP flour instead of bread flour. My baguettes rivaled a French Bakery!! Chewy and an open crumb!

Heckers flour is a tried and true unbleached flour
Flour arrived well package and looks fresh. Expiration date is good. This company looks to me like they really care about quality. I am still using up my older flour and looking forward to trying. Heckers lunbleached flour.

Great results
I bought a bag because it's Ina Garten's favorite flour. She is right! (As always) . This is an outstanding flour. Everything turns out delicate with great texture. I really can tell the difference from what I was using. And I was using a very popular and good flour but this one is even better. I'm sticking with it

Full of bugs
When I opened this four it was full of bugs. It was still in the sealed plastic bag when I opened it so I know the bugs did not come from my cupboard. This flour was very expensive. What a waste of money.
