I have bought this book 2 times and both times there was NO CD OR DVD.Im pretty sure these missing items make this program work. Disappointed AGAIN. A WASTE OF MONEY AGAIN!!

Stealing your money on the Kindle version
I would most likely give this a better rating if I hadn't been cheated out of the money to buy this for my Kindle. What you don't realize with the purchase of this through Kindle is that you don't get the REQUIRED downloads that he speaks about in the book. So consequently, you buy the book and it's useless.

I thought this came with the downloads, just like the paperback version. A little disappointed, no downloads for the actual hypnosis part.

Enjoyable book
Very interesting book. Can't say I've lost any weight but haven't gained any either. I would recommend it.

Easy read, Effective meditation helps me fee in control while eating. Feeling hopeful for the first time in a long time.

Like other people who have left reviews I also cannot connect to the link which makes it a waste of money! Very disappointed.

as above, the download link in incorrect and therefore the book is pointless. there seems to be no way to contact the author or publisher either

The link for the crucial hypnotic download does not work on an iPad. You are not told of this before you purchase.

Effective if you follow the golden rules
Absolutely brilliant. However you HAVE to follow the instructions fully. I read the book twice before "fitting" the band and I'm listening to the hypnosis 2-3 times a week. The most important aspect is the mindful eating. I lost weight in the first week just through that! I am eating healthy while reducing my carbs (particularly white, refined or sugar) but nothing is forbidden if I really fancy it. I've also b started taking the stairs at work every day. In total I've lost 9lbs in 5/6 weeks which is slow and steady and the healthiest way to go. People ask how my diet is going and I have to correct them. This isn't a diet it's just resetting my relationship with food.

Unable to use.
I completed the book expecting to go straight on to commence the programme, however, the code took me to the stress programme and unable to download the required materials. Very frustrating money wasted.
