Denny and Drew deliver again!
This is an outstanding book, and quite inspirational. Proof that there are many paths and personalities to making excellent beer, but most importantly the beer that you like. As always, Denny's and Drew's personalities shine through and present entertaining perspectives, not just on how to make beer, but how to think about it. They mash up brewing instructions, a fun meta exercise, recipes, and cool profiles of my home brewing heroes! It was a wonderful passport to meeting these "All Stars" at HomebrewCon 2016 in Baltimore. I managed to get many to sign their pages, and hopefully started a few long standing friendships in the fellowship of the love of great beer and home brewing! This would make a great gift for Father's Day, a birthday, or just because you love someone!

Fantastic book. Read it twice
Fantastic book. Read it twice. Very well written and a great mix of a little bit of everything there is about homebrewing. This is a perfect book for the home brewer who Is still maybe still somewhat in the early stages of learning techniques, equipment, nomenclature and terminology. There are quite a few recipes also as well a lots of very excellent references to websites, books, etc. . Highly highly recommended. 5 stars

Great brewers, great podcast, hilarious book
Can't recommend more. This book has great recipes, nice philosophical insight into the homebrewer, and a text written as though the authors were discussing the topics in front you (two/three beers deep). If you haven't heard their podcast, please check it out. It is a great mix of science, nerd-out beer discussions, various other topics that brewers will find interesting- all with a deep seeded respect for beer, alcohol, humans, and culture.

What I love about this book are the profiles of all the home brewers I've become familiar with by listening to podcasts such Experimental Brewing, Basic Brewing Radio, The Brewing Network, and Beer Smith. Each brewer is focused on, giving their stats, almost like on the back of a baseball card... but they also talk about what their brewing processes are and their philosophies when brewing. Much more than I expected!

Outstanding!
What a fantastic contrast to all the other brewing books out there. Been nose deep in this easy reader since it arrived yesterday. It's interesting to have a common format to better understand how all these excellent brewers go about their brew day. Love the tips. If only I could remember to not brew during every batch maybe I'd make consistent beer too!

So many ideas
I saw a review and was looking for some new recipes and this definitely fits the bill. There's some off the wall stuff that I know I will never try but this was an interesting book to see some really different perspectives and how they impact the brewing thought process.

Intervista ai migliori homebrewer
Libro divertente e interessante. Alla fine ti fa capire come non ci sia un unicomodo di fare birra, visto che spesso i migliori homebrewer americani hanno teorie opposte sui processi di produzione.

It doesn't suck!
This book is great for people looking for inspiration in their own homebrewing path. Written by two homebrew "celebrities", I would definitely recommend it to the more than novice homebrewer.
