Prefer Rock tape to the others, lasts longer and easier to apply

This just unpeels when it gets wet so wasn’t useful for what I needed. If you have it dry then it’s fine

I have used kinesiology tape for many years for my knees when playing sport. I have used a number of different brands. I don't know if my Rocktape came from a bad batch but the adhesion is very poor and it peels off at the edges very quickly. I have not used any other brands with this problem so I will avoid Rocktape.

There is another brand (Leukotape K) that we used before and was much longer-lasting. I think it is also considerably more expensive. If you want to bind something up this is probably good value but if you want to stretch it out and expect it to stay in place for a few days (and showers) then you probably need a higher price tape.
