Great tech support!!
I installed this unit myself and the cassette unit was definitely more time consuming than the regular units but it distributes the air so much better. Their tech support was extremely helpful when getting our unit to work with the Wi-Fi. It took a few weeks to get the kinks out but they kept sending us parts and helped me get them installed. It was so nice to talk to a tech support that really wanted to help. I won’t buy any brand but cooper and hunter from now on.

Only a few months old and already busted
This unit cooled ok, but now that we're into winter it doesn't heat at all. It just blows the ambient air around and doesn't ever warm up. The unit was installed by a licensed HVAC tech and all that. The other Cooper & Hunter unit we got blew it's PCB a few weeks after installation. Contacting the company has been very frustrating for the warranty. 2 months later we're STILL waiting on them to send us the part, and the HVAC repair place can't get a response from them either. Save yourself a lot of time and a little money and just pay out for a reputable unit, or make sure you get the extended warranty because you're gonna need it.

Great mini split!
Great unit! Cools my garage in very little time ! And the fact that it’s ceiling mounted, takes little room! I’m in love with it. Highly recommend professionals for install, required cutting frames in the garage.
