These are good vitamins. Not too big so they’re easy to take. Lid is easy to operate even if you have strength issues, but on the flip side my children could open this easily. They don’t taste like anything to me and do not upset my stomach. I haven’t had any noticeable differences as it pertains to energy and sleep quality but I think I will continue taking them to see if I notice anything in the future!
