I have work experience with AV gear and at first sight, I was skeptical of this product.It arrived in a tiny box with several pieces. Compared to projector mounts I've used in the past, this thing is definitely not of that quality. Keep in mind, I'm that I've used mounts in a professional work setting, this is for a home. For a home it works as advertised. In fact, I feel confident enough to have installed it directly above my bed!Installation was fairly easy, but not straightforward. The instructions helped, but are subpar. I was also missing a few parts that the instructions claimed came (one screw and one other little part). There where still enough included parts to hang the projector securely to the wall and to this arm by 4 screws (only need 3). All in all, you gotta use your noggin' to put this together. I've done many projector installs but I still had to tinker with it, compare to installation instructions, visualize it, then figure it out. I didn't want to do a ceiling install, so I installed as a wall arm. Also, I did not use the supplied drywall anchors. I used wood screws screwed into the wooden frame above a window. (Wood screws were not included).Once up, adjusting to the screen was easy. 1) You can move the arm closer or further from the projector screen. 2) You can rotate horizontally (X-axis) to the left or right. 3) You can tilt vertically (Y-axis) up or down. After that, use your projector's software adjustments to fine tune.I believe its rated for 66lbs. Mine is currently holding a projector, a FireTV cube w/ power cord, and the plug end of a power extension. Its capable to hold more if I had the need.Even though at first glance I was skeptical, I'm very happy with this product. I would buy it again.

I purchased this to use with a large Epson 3800 projector and I did a ceiling mount installation. It has been installed for a little over a year and so far no problems.I believe this mount will be suitable for any projector because of its weight capacity and the flexibility of the mounting holes.Pros:Has a durable finish,Weight capacity of up to 66 lbsHas an extension arm with height adjustments up to 5" (without arm) & 16.9" to 25.6" (with adjustable arm)Cons:some of the holes & threads might need to be cleaned up or they will easily strip.Overall I believe you will be happy with this mount & with only slight modifications it can fit about any projector

Assembled mount to use on sidewall attached to wood header above a shaded window. Had to buy 4 lag bolts that were not included but other than that more than enough hardware supplied with mount. Mount is sturdy and does not wobble one bit after tightening the her adjustment bolts. The arms and the adjustable arms work together to secure the projector to the mount. I have an NEC 1080p projector that requires only 3 mount arms and bolts Removed the 4th arm for a clean installation. The adjustable arm on one of the arms was turned backwards to accommodate the 3rd bolt that sat in a strange position. Turning backwards made it lineup and fit properly and securely. I used a few mounts on jobs but for my needs with the NEC it was just right. Very happy with this purchase.

Does not turn 360, otherwise good for the price, Sturdy and reliable

I mean its not the prettiest, and its a bit of a pain to put together but it does what it supposed to if you assemble it correctly. Steady as a rock, no shakes, no wobbling.p.s. dont try to mount it using included screws. Just do yourself a favor and buy some decent drywall anchors.

was on the fence about buying this product due to mixed reviews but eventually said why not with amazons a-z guarantee if i don't like it send it back and ill tell you what for the price this product was worth it.First off i had no issues with soft allen screws stripping out maybe i was just lucky.second instructions are a little vague but at least there were some in the box.third making adjustments takes a little patience as every small movement makes a large screen move drasticallyin all honestly id have given a 5 star rating but only con to my product was 2 set screw holes were not drilled perfectly square which in my case threw off my projector horizontally and i didn't want to square it with my keystone. not the biggest setback for me as I'm sure not all the prodducts will be like that. i just made due with a spacer to straighten out my projector and then used my keystone for a small tweak. all in all worked out perfect for my needs would buy again. used on an Epson 2045 projector.

Needs to be centered if you dont wanna keystone that much. It can swiver up and down and sideways but it cannot be adjusted horizontally, only vertical when installed on ceiling. I wish it has a horizontal adjustment even if its just a couple of inches.
