He usado ya varias veces este molde y va genial la anti-adherencia. La forma de mucho "juego" para hacer diferentes decoraciones en los pasteles. Al principio cuesta coger destreza para hacer los pasteles. Yo he tenido que practicar un poco.

Die Buche de Noel ist klasse. Toll für Eiskreationen aber auch für Biskuit mit Füllung. Beim Rezept nehme ich oft nur die halbe Menge, da die Buche eher klein ist. Wie gesagt, am allerbesten für Eisrollen.
