Great book for inspiration music

Love this book! I play piano for weekend services, funerals, and weddings, and this book always comes in handy. The hymns are appropriate for numerous occasions and love the respectful nature of the book. Brickman's arrangements do a phenomenal job of glorifying God. I'm not a huge fan of the vocal songs, as I mostly use these for a prelude/postlude pieces. As a whole, this book is my favorite to use in worship settings. It's comparable to Lorie Line, but the song lengths are better for the services I play for. You won't be disappointed with this book.

I love it and bought a second one for a friend.

Most of the songs are just accompaniment for someone to sing and don't even have the melody in the arrangement. They are not songs to play for solo. I know that it is a piano/vocal/chords book and not solo piano, but I thought since it was written by Jim Brickman that the songs would still be playable on their own. I feel like this book was a complete waste of my money.
