They’re great quality will they take you from a 15.2 110 hurdle time to a sub 14? The answer is it’s not due to the lighter spike. It’d be more likely from the runner thinking it could. Mind over everything it’s a fact. Prove me wrong.

Scam! These are NOT carbon steel
This is a scam. These are absolutely not carbon steel! They are the exact same weight as the stainless spikes (we weighed them) and they are not magnetic. Carbon steel is magnetic. Completely false advertising!
