Fantastic series
This essential series is such a fantastic resource I didn’t know I needed. This book along with the social media marketing essentials are great complements for each other. I knew a little bit of what the KPIs were and how one could measure them but I’m glad this book expanded on my previous knowledge. I liked how it broke down complex concepts, making them accessible for anybody, while still providing actionable strategies for marketing success.I also found interesting its emphasis on the importance of integrating marketing efforts across different platforms. I’m more used to one or two types of media consumption only so this integration and explanation for it gave me a fresh perspective.For beginners and for more experienced marketers alike, this is a great resource.

Sensational resource!
I had a fantastic time reading this book. I've recently switched careers and want to start in the marketing industry. I found this book to be well-written and very accessible to read. There were small quizzes at the end to make sure I was paying attention (I needed this). I consider myself a level 1 beginner on this topic with little to no knowledge. With that in mind, this book gave me great insight and a step-by-step understanding of what digital marketing entails and how important it can be for businesses. I would recommend this book to newbies like me or even seasonal marketeers who want a refresher.

The quizzes at the end of each chapter really help the reader determine whether or not they truly grasp the concepts presented. There is a lot of information covered in this book, but luckily it is presented in a way that is not overwhelming to the reader. Any subject related language is immediately defined, and the visual aids help your understanding even further.
