My husband actually wore this to a formal destination wedding with compliments from the bride! It doesn't look kitschy or dorky at all. The quality is excellent, with the flamingos embroidered. If I didn't know any better, I would guess this is designer tie made for beach or vacation events. The flamingos are only noticed up close, which is such an adorable touch. My husband is an older gentleman who generally refuses to wear fun things like this, so I just adored this!

Very nice tie to go with a slate blue shirt.

This was smaller and thinner than expected. Originally bought for my 17 year old but it looked like a boys tie when it arrived. It was fine for us as my younger son can use it but smaller than typical adult skinny ties.

The tie was made of quality material and fit as expected
