I use this cornstarch for my baking needs and it works great! I like that it’s organic, I would purchase again!!

Organic is good
I like that this is organic, which should mean free of glyphosate and other pesticides. However, this product seems to be disappearing from the market and it's price has skyrocketed, which makes me very unhappy.

Rare thickener without all the pesticides.
Every chef uses cornstarch to thicken gravies and sauces, but try to find organic corn starch. Not at Whole Foods, not at Sprouts, forget Publix or Trader Joes. Corn is treated with lots of pesticides because bugs love it, so corn starch needs to be organic. Here it is.
