Can. This be used to attach cermamic tiles in a hot tub witch will be under water?

I used it to seal a sailboat. As I know it cannot be used under water. This being said, it resists exposure to elements, it is kind of elastic after curing, but is not very adhesive, you can easily peel it off.

Will salt water deteroriate this?

Not sure. Used in fresh water only. Great product.

Will this work good with polyurethane front splitter?

Depends on what it trying to do. It is not a glue, just a premium silicone sealant, made for wet conditions.

Does this product work to seal cracks in rain boots?

Temporary fix. New boots makes more sense.
